Abstract

A ball lightning is a natural phenomenon that occurs at a streak lightning stroke with its action by thermal and magnetic energy releasing around the streak lightning channel and transforming, in the end, the surrounding air into a steam cloud that transits into ferroelectric state under the magnetic field action.
